Paris Hilton wore an interesting gown at the amfAR Cinema Against AIDS benefit during the Cannes film festival yesterday. It looks like swatches of fabric, buttons and straps were haphazardly thrown together to form the gown. Is that a fan on her right breast? And, naturally, she's wearing a headband.
