Miley Cyrus has turned to Nick Jonas to help lift her spirits following her split from boyfriend Justin Gaston - the former lovers have been photographed enjoying a ride on a jet ski off the coast of Georgia.
The Hannah Montana star sparked reports she'd ended her romance with model Gaston after posting a cryptic message on her Twitter.com blog last week, which read: "My heart is in two... and it's all because of you."
She revealed her heartache again in a series of posts on the social networking website on Wednesday, writing, "Tears are words the heart can't express... How many tears are in there? They've gotta run out soon right?... Why does saying good bye hurt so much?"
However, Cyrus appears to have stopped moping over her lost love - and is seeking comfort in the arms of Jonas.
Just hours after taking to her blog to detail her misery on Wednesday, the pair was spotted frolicking in the Atlantic Ocean as the superstar took a break from filming her new movie on Tybee Island, near Savannah, Georgia.
The former teenage sweethearts, who have remained close since their split in 2007, were recently in the studio together recording a duet about their failed romance, called Before the Storm.
